I’m no Doctor, but I’m pretty sure it’s perfectly normal! You know there was a part of both of you growing inside of you and you probably subconsciously started to love it. You might not have realised, but it’s natural. I think that talking about it will probably help whether that be with your boyfriend or a best friend, family member or even a counsellor or even me. Being open about it should help. I think that time will be the biggest healer though, you have to stop grieving and that will take some time.
